Curry is awesome, possibly the best food ever invented - well apart from Mexican and roast beef with yorkshire pudding, mashed potatos veg and gravy - and English mustard.

Anyway I made one last night, God it was good so I'm about to tuck into another now.

Half an onion, 2 garlic cloves, 1 chicken breast, a couple of broccoli stems, a tin of plum tomatoes, and the magic ingredient - Pataks mild curry paste.

Cook onions and garlic in a knob of butter until soft and golden, add paste, add chicken, add tomatoes. When it's cooking add broccoli.

Let simmer on low heat for c 2 hours until thickens. Eat with Naan bread or chappatis.

Yum yum, almost makes life worth living.

Curry - best food in the world.

Cheese burger with crispy bacon, fresh crisp lettuce, tomato, sweet chilli sauce and mustard for me.

On a grilled bun - mind blowing!!

Lately I've been eating a lot of sweet potatoes
...mainly just cooked but when I'm feeling fancy I bake them in the oven and spice them with herbs and drizzle some oil on them.
Then I prepare them with selfmade zaziki dip and ketchup. Yum.

I could go for some curry right now. There used to be this really good Japanese curry place but it closed down a while ago, even before the pandemic. Such a shame...

Korma, its very mild, non spicy, just creamy and lush

I love curry! More specifically, pumpkin curry with tofu/vegetables. Sooo good. I wish our Thai places here made it.

My top foods are pizza (pineapple/jalapeno w/ BBQ sauce), fries, and burritos.

I looooove chicken curry. It taste even better with potatoes. They say authentic curry is way more spicy than the ones we make here. Kinda want to try it someday. That and authentic shawarma.

I don't think I'd be able to eat curry that had no chili in it.
