Currently Writing a Pre-Suicide Note to my Family for Help

I've started drafting a letter to my family begging for help and why I'm so close to suicide. I'm so incapable of expressing myself by talking it's my last straw before death.

I want to try help even though so much of the help I've got before has done nothing but make me worse.

I just don't know what to do
