How have people overcome the idea of ctb.

Personally I told people but that results you in a hospital. Now I just sit in it stewing and crying till the feeling leave. Its hard but it works for me for rn.

If you mean going through with plans to die then I imagine that those who succeeded were fortunate enough to have access to a method they felt confident in and they just got so determined to leave/they just knew that the time was right.

I really envy those people as it's just too difficult to die, I hate how we exist in this society where having access to reliable suicide methods is a privilege not a right.
