Today is the day.
I've got a meeting with my boss, so it will be after that so I don't get found, probably around 5PM US eastern time.
This my plan.
5PM take 800mg of ibuprofen
5:15 take 30mg of meto
5:30 take 800mg of ibuprofen
6pm 2 tablespoons of SN in 50ml of water, I don't have any scales so I'm guessing on the SN, I'll make 3 glasses of water SN
Does that sound ok?
Any suggestions.?

I'll be starting the stat dose in 2 hours

Second thoughts I'll be starting around 8pm EST, do in around 2 hours from now. I feel really nervous. I have my 3 50ml glasses of water ready to mix the SN, I don't have scales but I do have a measuring spoon. I've not opened the SN yet. Just realized I've not got any ibuprofen but I have meto SN and tagamet.
Does my method seem right but now without the ibuprofen?

It is difficult, but look to relax these 2 hours, if you have doubts or are not sure you can always leave it for another time. Ibuprofen is an "extra", I understand that the meto and antacid are the most importants.

meto now taken, 45 minutes and I'll take the SN
