today is my ctb date! Feeling a little anxious, but everything's ready. I'm using the SN method, I know the flavor is going to be salty af and disgusting, any advice on this? I was thinking about using ice to make my tongue a little numb or putting a condom in my tongue (I'm not sure if that last thing is gonna work tho). Besides that everything's ready, I'm doing it at night, and I really hope this works, I have a weak stomach, but I have the antiemetic and I'm gonna try my best not to throw up… Wish me luck! and thanks y'all for reading.

I think the ice or a straw should be sufficient the condom might make you gag more than the SN. Nevertheless I hope you have a safe and peaceful trip to the other side.

According to Cheers, who used this method on Saturday, the taste wasn't as bad a she thought it would be, and she said a little bit of hard candy did help quite a bit. In her case, based on her post, she was conscious ony a little over five minutes after consuming it, though this varies. You may want to look at her posts from Saturday. I really thinkn the condom on your tongue would be a big mistake that could ruin the whole situation.

thanks! I'm going to check out her post. And I'm definitely not using the condom XD

She did have a few posts on saturday which showed her plans and what she actually did in great detail- she used several medications in addition to the SN.
