Method CTB this Sunday (SN)

Got a hotel booked for Sunday, hopefully I can go through with it and not chicken out. But this is my current plan:

1200: Start fasting
1400: Head to hotel
1800: Start fasting fluids

1900: Take 30mg Meto, 600mg Ibuprofen, 1.5mg Xanax

1930: mix up 3 SN drinks, take another 1.5mg xanax

2000: Take first SN drink

If I'm found by 6am (10 hours) afterward, should I be concerned? Is that for sure enough time?

Hey guys, kinda freaking out after seeing a post from another user who failed SN and said they have slow digestion issues. I have similar problems and I'm now extremely freaked out thinking that I can't do the SN method which I've been banking on. What do people think? Would meto solve that issue? Do I need more fasting time?

Well I feel like an idiot for making this post, and then chickening out and not being able to go through with it today. It's been harder than I thought it would be. For some reason the process of lying to my girlfriend and family that I have to travel for work so I can get my hotel room is harder than anything. I feel like if I was alone then I'd have done it by now, but maybe I'm just coming up with excuses.

its not an easy process. don't feel bad. but if you're concerned about slow digestion i would maybe fast for longer (day before) and then take the SN earlier on the day you actually plan.

thank you, that's very kind of you to say. It's a lot more difficult than I thought. Again I feel like if I was just home alone for the day and didn't have to go through all these steps I could probably have it over with by now.

sometimes it's just not time either. maybe you do wanna stick around a lil longer. nothing wong with that either. but if you feel like you need to ctb, no one here judging you for it either way. you do whats best for you on your own time.

Don't beat yourself up, it's not an easy decision to make and I believe you owe it to yourself to carry on and ctb only when you're sure. If you think you can give life one more chance, by all means do, nobody is gonna judge you; if you want to try again, same thing, we're here to listen and support you.
