Venting Ctb on my birthday

My birthday's in 2 days and I honestly cannot take it anymore. I've written notes to my friends and family, donated most of my things, and thoroughly researched the method I will be attempting. I no longer see any reason to live.

My birthday will be the date I ctb. Any recommendations for things to do to prepare in the two days that remain?
