Venting Ctb note accidentally posted

Two weeks ago, I wanted to ctb. I made a scheduled post on Instagram to tell everyone today. When I started feeling better, I forgot about the post completely, until today.
It posted and I got messages and calls from friends and my boss asking if I was okay. My parents asked what was going on so I explained to them the situation, and I got away with it.
I'm fine and I'm here, but I got away with a suicide note.
I got away with cutting, starving, and now a suicide note. I'm truly the luckiest person ever.
