I understand your fears and concerns. There's just nothing in the real world to suggest anything but nothingness awaits. That's not necessarily what I would like, but I know reality doesn't stop being reality just because you don't like it. The way life on this planet has always worked implies that an individual organism's existence is of little importance.

To me the main thing that makes me think the soul lives on after the body dies is near death experiences in which thge person floats outside their body and they are able to describe things that they couldn't have known any othyer way- these nde's have been by peopel of all varying relgious beliefs, agnostics, and atheists, and there is so much very determined expression that this was way more real than any dream they have ever had. NOthing after this life is still possible, but to me the collectio of these nde's is pretty convincing that there is a life after this one.

Ctb stands for catch the bus, which does mean to commit suicide- people find it to be an easier term to work with sometimes.

I hope it is easy for you when the time comes that you want to ctb, but partial (if this is your method) seems to fail a lot more often than it succeeds- I do hope you can find peace somehow.

My method is my PFP. Very easy and I will 100% die.

It's true, the biological SI is too strong... Even when I was goaded into committing suicide.

Still, I will see this through to the end. I need to do this. The emotional impulse may be just what I need to tip me over the edge.

I'm in so much pain everyday and I crave the peace and nothingness.
