Method CTB by Tylenol and Benadryl OD

I KNOW OTC ODs ARE LISTED AS A NON METHOD. Please do not send me links of threads of why I should reconsider, I've already read them all.

I'm honestly just laying out my plan for myself, and hopefully can receive some feedback and ways to improve it.

Please understand that I genuinely want a slow and painful death, other methods do not suit me as well as I believe an overdose would. The thought of just suddenly dying honestly bothers me. I know this is the right decision for me.

I know overdoses have very low success rate, I've done hours of research. I've been planning this for a long time. I've been so numb for so long, so at this point, I don't care about the outcome.

I plan on taking 1000 pills. 800 of them will be Tylenol (500 mg), and 200 of them will be Benadryl (25 mg). I've already crushed all of these pills into powder. I've used most of the tips listed on lostallhope.com. I have a water bottle half filled with mixed strong alcohols (~40%). I have two water bottles filled with water, which I'm going to add some drops of water flavouring to mask the pill taste. I'm going to take the powder very quickly with the water. Also, I unfortunately don't have anti nausea pills.

Honestly, I'm quite excited. If it goes my way, great. If it doesn't, at least I get to put my shitty life on pause and maybe I'll be in a coma or something, seems quite nice. If I need a new liver, I can just deny the surgery. I've done research and I think I know how to get around it.

I do actually have hope that this plan will work. Regardless if it's extremely painful or not, it's still death.

A more pure form of the acetaminophen seems better than trying to digest all of that pill binder material, if something like that is readily available. The benadryl just seems like delirium torture to me. Not sure if it is going to do anything to increase the lethality for you. If it were me I would try to do something useful if the goal is to make that first day more grueling, maybe work myself to death until the liver toxicity sets in. Volunteer or do some kind of noble sacrifice or something.

will you be doing an update post when you go through with your method? i saw your first post you made a while back about how to make an otc overdose more successful. i'd also recommend buying dramamine since it's considered a good otc antiemetic. i'm kind of worried about how your attempt will go, since it does seem like it'll be a very long and drawn out way of dying.

I feel like the dose of Tylenol would be more than enough to kill you (at the very least your liver is gone.) I'd suggest not taking Benadryl at all for multiple reasons. Mainly that if you do survive, you will probably be severely out of it for at the very least a few weeks, but more likely months. You may also receive permanent brain damage, which isn't good if you want to continue making your own decisions (legally and medically speaking.)

Disclaimer: This is NOT encouragement of overdose. I'm really against this idea. I'm just trying to provide information about what OP requests.

I don't think you need to take Benadryl. It will not help you succeed but just cause unnecessary pain and discomfort. You definitely need antiemetics. You'll easily puke and most of the drugs will go out of your body. This is how our bodies protect us from health threats.

If this question sounds dismissive or rude, I'm sorry. But I wonder you are fully ready and determined to go through a slow and painful death. SI may be stronger than you expect. It can make you call the ambulance. For example it's extremely difficult to stop eating and drinking (VSED) even for those who wish a painful death.

There's just no conceivable way you'd be able to keep down even half of what you ingested. You'll puke your guts out, especially if there's strong alcohol involved. Even with antiemetics, there's no way. And that dosage of Benadryl is gonna make you delirious and miserable, nothing more. Definitely reconsider this as an actual attempt because I can almost promise it won't work and you'll just end up feeling god awful. :|

This. Anti emetics are required for this sort of attempt... and you can take a shitload of benadryl and only be high as fuck for three days with no sleep, I took most of a box once and it was not pleasant. The Tylenol will just make you throw up, it's not friendly.

i ended up buying dramamine (gravol). i appreciate your concern, thank you! sorry this is late, i made a friend online who gave me a reason to hang on a little longer, but evidently it's not enough so i'll be moving forward with my plan.
