I'm officially at the end of my rope. Just waiting to fast a little longer (about 3 hours), then I'll start the Stan's guide stat dose regimen.

There are so many empathetic and awesome people on this forum. I hope the majority of you choose to keep on living. I struggled with depression for over 10 years, but I managed to come out of all my depressive episodes except for this one, because now my health is permanently damaged and I just give up.

I strongly urge all of you, if your issues are purely mental and not chronic health problems, to keep fighting, because I believe there is hope, as hypocritical as may sound.

Well said, although I wish I could trade the mental pain for physical pain sometimes. But I wouldn't know what that would be like. All the best in your decision.

Tinnitus and visual snow. It's not even the symptoms themselves that are the primary problem, more what I lost. I need to live as a recluse now, hiding from sound. My hobbies have been ruined by these conditions. And I lost my SO to my health issues. The relationship had problems before the tinnitus, but I know we could have fixed things if the tinnitus and VS never happened.

All I had to do was protect my ears when using a pressure washer and none of this would have happened. Life man...

I hope a peaceful journey for u. I've same situation. My depression had been controlled but I've faced with health problems and that's out of my tolerance. My method is SN too.

How often did you use this pressure washer? Just seems odd and maybe an underlying cause could be treated.

Just once, but I had suffered a major acoustic trauma 2 years previously and had been on an ototoxic medication for 40 days earlier this year. I've seen 2 of the best ENTs in my state and they can't find anything wrong with me. I killed my delicate hair cells

I sincerely agree re: health problems over mental. Life became so much harder when I became permanently/chronically ill. I understand your decision perfectly and wish you peace, OP.

your story is one of the most saddest i have read. rarely cried over anything the last months and years, but what you have experienced is just torture. whatever you decide, i wish you peace and relief. i hope you succeed. i agree with sinai, you have been a valued member here, it makes me sad that so many kind people leave, hope i can join you guys soon, this place is just torture:c...

I don't know.
Either he is in hospital and recovers, and will be back on here soon, or he has transitioned to the other side.
