Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

Depends on what you use and how you do it. I have met 2 people in person who tried and ended up living with most of their faces blown off and some mental impairment.
