I've been thinking about it lately and I really want my eating disorder to get worse. I think I want to go out like that now; skinny and beautiful and given so much attention. I don't care how much it hurts, I'm a cutter so that's not a problem for me. All I want is to be remembered as fragile and beautiful like a piece of glass art. Here is my plan:

Week 1: 800 kcal/day 1 day water fast
Week 2: 700 kcal/day 2 days water fast
Week 3: 600 kcal/day 3 days water fast
Week 4: 500 kcal/day 1 day dry fast
Week 5: 400 kcal/day 2 days dry fast
Week 6: 300 kcal/day 3 days dry fast
Every day: 6,000 steps, 20 minutes yoga, 30 minutes aerobic workout, 10 minutes weight training
-if, at this point, I'm happy with my progress, I will stay at 300 kcal/day and fast 3-4 times a week. If not, this will be my weekly plan:
Day 1: 300 kcal
Day 2: 200 kcal
Day 3: dry fast
Day 4: liquid fast
Day 5: 200 kcal
Day 6: 300 kcal
Day 7: 500 kcal (weekend drinking)
Every day: 10,000 steps, 30 minutes of yoga, 40 minutes aerobic workout, 20 minutes weight training

I will keep you guys updated! I'm posting this here mostly for a sort of accountability, so I feel more motivated to do it. Week one starts today! Current stats:
-123.4 lbs (not kidding I weighed 15 mins ago)
-BMI 20.6
-Waist: 30 in
-Wrist: 6 in
-Thigh: 18.5 in
If you've read this far and you're also considering this method, I insist that you don't. It will be slow, you will suffer, and there's a good chance you'll be placed in hospital once shit hits the fan. You can end up with irreversible organ damage and still be alive. Your hair will fall out and your teeth rot. DO NOT DO THIS METHOD. I already have EDNOS, so if you don't have an ED, DONT FUCKING START. It's not fun. Okay I love yall and like I said I will keep this thread updated as I go :)

It's not fun.
My ED would be inclined to disagree! But i do get it, lmao.

10k steps with those workouts (and overall kcal burned) would absolutely kill you, but more likely in the passing out and likely just waking up in a hospital kind of way. But you already know that, haha.

Hope it goes well, regardless. I've been in a weird limbo with my ED, where i actively want to restrict daily but i can't seem to push myself to do so, it's very very bizarre.
Here if you wanna talk about it in PM's.

Day one: Easy. Drank two monsters and ate six chicken nuggets. The walk was nice, work out was brutal. Much more work than I'm used to. I felt good about it after though, I'm glad I did it. Tip: when it gets too hard, stop. You can always start again in an hour. I plan to fast tomorrow by sleeping through dinner. Next update coming on Sunday!

Week one: Easy. Doing a 20.4 fast routine every day, and it seems to be working. Workouts are spread out into 4: stretch + weights then aerobic + weights x3. The walks were kinda nasty considering it's pretty cold out where I live but got easier every day.
Weight: 120.6 lbs
BMI: 20.1

Best of luck to you. This method sure requires a lot of willpower.

Best of luck with this ctb method. Haven't heard anyone else use it. Btw love the ai gif, so cute. Can I steal it?

That doesn't seem like a comfortable CTB method. But if that's what you chose and are prepared for it, then that's wonderful. Maybe you can try to consider something less painful. Because wow..your method is like *really* painful.
But anyways good luck!

I was wondering if anyone took this path to CTB, but I wasn't sure if I could even do it myself. Best of luck.

Difficult. My BMI is about 18 maybe a little less. I only eat once every 48 hours. I am going to try SN instead. I am male not female.

How's your progress? Are you still pursing the method?
