Hello,

my method will be nitrogen + mask.
Do you think that a CPAP mask would be ok? Scuba masks ale so expensive.... and also complicated.

Which mask would be best? Or maybe you suggest something else?

Nope, people advised against using these masks as they have ventilation holes in them, which allow oxygen to enter.
@pen, CPAP masks are not applicable for the Exit Bag method as there are ventilation holes embedded within the mask.

Leaving the holes open would bring in the air -- thereby oxygen -- during inspiration; whereas, closing the holes by masking them would trap the CO2 during expiration resulting in hypercapnia.

CPAP masks are designed so that CBT is impossible.

If you can't afford SCUBA or SCBA masks, look into the exit bag or EEBD/ELSA hood methods.
