Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I'm not sure where you live, but if you're going to go by jumping i would just suggest picking one that might be easily accessible and is high enough that it will definitely make you ctb, because you definitely don't want to survive a fall like that. I would say to help with the nerves maybe some alchohol, or something that will calm you, and possibly before you do it just close your eyes and fall back rather than actually making the jump. I have no idea about jumping as its not my chosen method but i feel like that would help. maybe go for a walk around the area of the buildings and look to see if you can get to the top of them?

It is a hard thread, not to looking for a high building but to finding such courage.
Last suicides cases that I did read on papers were about people who jumped from their own homes.
A teenager who was suffering bullying, she did not get to cope it, I guess.................and another one, a retired man who had a depression, which was produced by sleeping pills that he was taking by a medical prescription.
I do not know where someone could getting such courage.
