I've jumped off bridges, cliffs (an old, abandoned quarry), a 15-story building, a waterfall, and an airplane. When I was a child I also jumped from a freight train, but it was going slowly, I don't know if that counts.

The least scary part was the plane; buildings definitely frightened me more.

Yes, I did those things for fun, without any direct relation to CTB as a method, although I knew that some involved risks.
Yes, this affected my view as a method because anywhere below 12,000 meters would be a desperate, and fully experienced, freefall experience, so I rule out that option unless it's something impulsive and out of my control.
