I know it's because it's a work day and it's just stressing me out somehow even if I don't feel anxious about going to work. 5 hours of shitty sleep, again.

I do. GP prescribed me benzo to relax (around dinner time) then sleeping pills (to take before going to sleep).

Well, maybe. But I can't recall correctly if they are supposed to work within the first days or if like antidepressants you have to wait ~2 to 4 weeks for them to work correctly.
