Im stunned she had that much freedom in a psychiatric ward, I did some electrical work in the psych ward section at the local hospital and the place was depressing as fuck, i was under the impression that they weren't allowed access to the internet or electronics.

We are having a non- winter winter. It hit 12° C on Wednesday and this is supposed to be the coldest part of the year.
No snow, no arctic air except for one brief shot around Christmas. This sucks.
At least I don't have to dig my car out.
