I just really hate society and people... out of the blue my dad's trying to insert himself into my life. I won't go into too much detail because it's a long story but he just does my head in. Like don't show up once in a blue moon if all you're going to be is an annoyance, you've all but been absent my entire life. He'll drop the act in a few days and I won't hear from him for another year or something ridiculous, it's just how he rolls.

How many cans did you collect all up?

I have 11 bags and there is a LOT in each bag, let's see, I would say I collected about 2000 bottles and cans yesterday.

I wish it was 10 cents. Everything is 5 cents, so about $100 worth. I guess peeps were partying on Monday night( Halloween) and they drank more than usual. Plus one of the spots that I go to didn't put any recycling on the curb last week, so there was double the amount there yesterday.

Here its 10c, but it might work out the same with the exchange rate. People get very vicious over here with their can collecting, although it shouldn't come as a surprise, people are clowns.

Yes, I love that episode. That's the golf club episode. It looks like New York State hasn't changed the deposit amount since they enacted the law. I'd have to look it up. Maybe it was 2 cents when they started. IDK

Are you into horse racing? I can't stand it. We just had the Melbourne Cup so it's all over the news. It's just such a weird sport, a tiny tim riding on a horse who probably doesn't even wanna be there with a bunch of people dressed up like yuppies in the crowd, doesn't appeal to me. It doesn't help that the field for the race gets progressively worse year on year, im surprised it's still regarded as such a prestigious race.
