i like documentaries, think watched most of YouTube and Netflix. There's a good one. An American murder. What a man does to his family. Surreal.

i used to watch a lot of documentaries on youtube. I started out watching true crime then i got into prison documentaries somehow then nature back a few years ago lol
It sucks i can't really watch anything like that anymore it used to be the easiest way to pass the time

Oh that's the type of documentaries I love about crime and jails, you made me research your condition. Must be hard, I felt a bit like that in the beginning of my depression. Would just stare at the ceiling.

yeah i don't know why but jails interest me a lot. Thankfully (surprisingly?) never been to one it seems like a whole different world inside them i don't think i would be able to survive

I have been like this for a long time it has gone through periods of being easier but for the last year its been ultra bad for some reason i just can't do anything .
i wish i could bring back the days when I can fast for a week pretty consistently just watching videos because then i would probably feel a lot better
