@Always-in-trouble If you are feeling suicidal, it does mean something makes you feel bad despite having the feeling that your life 'isn't that bad'. Things as depression and suicide ideation are not inherently logical. Sometimes, even the little things can get us to that state of mind. Sometimes it can even be something you view as trivial. Suicide ideation isn't a competition.

129,773: Self-hatred, apathy and maldaptive daydreaming might be making all of those pests worse. I can't cope with my thoughts for much longer as it so jumbled from desires, regerts etc. I might try to kms again with a different method despites the pleas form my carers and push for support with therapy for example, which probably won't work since I would just go back to thinking the same stuff all over. Maybe medication is the only way. @boddibo
