Depression is amazing. With me and I assume with others, it has peaks and valleys. There are times of the day, when I don't want to move I am so depressed. After a while, I kick myself in the rear and say "C'mon, get moving. You'll feel better"

That's me almost the entire day, I can't find the energy to do even the most basic of tasks, it's debilitating.

Samey same. I wanted to make a nice big stack of blueberry pancakes with sausage or bacon before, but I just didn't want to think about the pans and dishes I would have to clean. Most old buildings here don't allow dishwashers in your apartment. Something about the water pressure I think.

Yeah, i went about 2 hours ago. He really enjoyed it which is nice.

Do you have a regular path to follow that he likes or do you walk him in different areas?

We used to mix it up but now we just stick to one route, which is a shortened one because he can't last as long due to his age. He hates whenever I try to take him on a different route so I don't even bother trying. The route we take at the moment is good because its in a housing estate area that's only been partly built, which means less people.

Oh, I wish . Surprisingly there's not many ladies out walking their dogs around my area and the ones that are have their boyfriends with them. There was one that was unbelievably attractive who I used to bump into from time to time but I later discovered that she also had a partner.

I remember watching that one. When we would go on longer walks and Frankie was being lazy/tired he would just lie on the path/road until I turned back in the direction of home lol.

We were talking about good comedians last time we talked so I thought I would show you an example of one of our worst comedians. We have this ex rugby player called Sam Thaiday who the media sensationalises as "a funny man" even though the majority of the general public doesn't find his antics entertaining at all.



This was his first comedy "gig" post retirement at the 2018 Dally M Medal (basically our MVP awards ceremony) it starts at the 51:40 minute mark and ends at the 58:37 minute mark (I know it's a pain but I couldn't find a video of solely his comedy act). A cringe warning is warranted for this one and if you're able to make it through the full 7 minutes then I salute you.

Right after this tremendous showing he became a sideline commentator and was close to as bad as Jason Witten (who we've talked about) and in 2020 got demoted and is slowly being filtered out of the media/presenter industry. THANK GOD.
