Domestic pets are usually the better of the two, although nothing can truly replicate human companionship (for better or worse...) Have you ever been married or in a serious long term relationship? If so how were they? If I were to estimate from what ive seen in my short time on this shithole of a planet, id say at least 75% of relationships are toxic even if they don't seem like it from the outside looking in so make of that what you will... The best advice ive ever gotten is to never be in a relationship for the sake of being in one because it'll more than likely end in disaster, I wish I got this advice before going on them dating apps
. You've just gotta let it happen naturally and hope they have similar values and interests to you (and that they're not an annoying pain in the rear end) and if they don't then there's no point going any further with them. That crap about how there's somebody for everybody in this world is rubbish and is debunked by doing basic maths and applying logic but it is possible to find a healthy relationship... if you're lucky... Most things in this life are determined purely by the roll of the dice.
