Pretty much what the Title says: Could you knock yourself out by hitting your head or taking drugs so that you can just die without feeling it or would the adrenaline kick in and "wake" me up? Like imagine some set up where you hang yourself once you fall unconcious and you take some drugs that will put you in said state. Would you notice the hanging?
