I'm not an SN expert, but if possible, it's probably better to treat the stomach issues first before taking SN. Otherwise, it may worsen stomach pain and discomfort.

I feel like it would make it work better. Leaky gut means better gastrointestinal permeability. More of the poison in your bloodstream.
