Welp. I've been hitting my chest many many many times. In the middle of the sternum, the left side, up and down, everything. I even used a towel to ram my chest against a pillar really hard. So far, no arrythmias...
I think commotio cordis is unreliable. It was a good fantasy while it lasted tho.
