Help Could I buy stuff like SN on my phone?

the stores like that and with vpn seem more like better and safer to access through computer and stuff, but I don't have a computer, is it still safe to try to buy it from my iphone? And if so what are some good vpn's for the phone?

Some countries restrict companies from selling it to private individuals, but SN isn't an illegal substance to buy. It should be fine to buy it on your phone even without a vpn
