I live with this constant thought of just giving up and killing myself. Anytime something bureaucratic happens or I get stuck being responsibel
For another nightmare I have this thought of "if I were dead then this wouldn't matter". Whatever "this" is.

I'm able to handle things ok, pay bills, go to work, go to bed on time and eat. But the passive suicidal ideation just floats behind every thought I have.
