Concerns about purchasing from DSL

I've been reading a lot of posts about DSL lately and from all the posts I've read I feel like I have a 50/50 change of getting the SN. Some people are saying it's safe to buy from him some people are saying it's a gamble. Does anyone know his current situation and how he's doing? I'm from the U.S

He is active and still shipping. That said, the majority of his packages sent out of his origin country have not been making it out of his origin country this April and May. There are a select few that do receive his packages but the ones that do not far outweighs the ones that do. I am an example of one that ordered a package in April that was stuck in customs in his origin country and lost there and ordered a second package in May and that current package is stuck in customs in his origin country. That is what is going on right now in terms of receiving from him right now in the US and all other countries that he delivers.

For now it's a gamble honestly. Just imagine as if the item may or may not come. And also buy the insurance package, so if the first one fails to arrive you still have a 2nd chance
