Method Compare

Been taking on the gas and exit hood method and have went for argon,but most people have gone with nitrogen,I know helium can be used but hard to get in pure form,but does anyone feel nitrogen has any advantage over argon?

There is no advantage, whatever is easiest to find, they will work the same way.
Nitrogen is generally easier to buy and cheaper.
