I spent all day havong to call places to get therapy. They made me call every single sector to send back to the first place.

Got banned from several alternative health care therapies, told my case is too severe. To go get medicated in psychiatry because I speak too fast too much.

Urge to hang self because sn requires no food for 8h...

Services meant to be too hard. They get tax money. Give no service. Bully people. Made me worse, then claim it proves I'm crazy. Stop mental torture. Kind to me. Me happy & safe. Terror... Tired...

Tempted take antipsychotic. But cause brain damage. Shrinks brain. They call it help. I call it cruel control.
