Discussion Comfort foods?

I received strawberry cheesecake as a gift recently and it made me think about how much I like strawberries. What foods cheer you up? Especially when in a dark place

I hate food. I dont really have a good relationship with food. But what i eat most of the time is eggs, liver, rice, tuna, broccoli, rice, chicken and salmon. These are the only foods i eat.

Poke, lasagna, and frozen yogurt are my top comfort foods. I eat a lot of fast food in general so I guess those would qualify too.

I like strawberry cakes and strawberry drinks too, it's strange, I didn't favour strawberry desserts before when things were a bit better but it is very comforting to me now. For savoury, I find kimchi dishes have similar effects on me.
