Doing less every day, just compulsively scrolling my time away. It's to the point where I replay puzzle games and give the same answers. I'm comfortable here. Comfortable as I can be in the midst of unbearable thoughts. Is your brain as rotten as mine?

yep, right here!! just showered but for most of the day i bedrotted and doomscrolled while family was doing all sorts of things downstairs, smelling like shit before now
