I seen zanaxxx was successful in one like this will it need modification or anything?

Sure it could work. Only thing I don't like about it is that it is only 0.9 meters tall. That means you'd be best choosing a container for the charcoal that is fairly short, so as to keep the heat away from the ceiling of the tent. Like any tent, you'd need to seal up any vents/windows as best you can. And you need to burn enough charcoal to produce more CO than is lost through leakage.

I don't know. I think the width and height measurements are including the legs. Seems small, but I really just don't know. For CO, I'm in the "more is better" crowd.

Wait. Based on what I said? I said it seemed small. It may be perfectly adequate. And fwiw, I have 3 medium-ish metal pails I plan on using. They are like 9 inch (I'm USA) diameter and 7 inches height.

I think you was right, I tried yesterday and I over burned the coals the first time, I got in a second time with the coals I had left and after an hour I just had a slight headache nothing more.

Another 6 years of isolation, health problems, lost my speech years ago now. No quality of life. Losing my home. Just reached the end. Tried and failed yesterday. Ordered some better coals this time and a 2nd bbq

I'm such a fucking idiot i have fucked it again, I burned the coals in the burner for 20 minutes, moved them into the bbq and moved the bbq into the tent after about 40 minutes using a towel. Ended up dropping half the coals out into the tent. And setting fire to the bottom of it and the towel. My dad took my dog yesterday so I can have a break I was so set on it today and I'm such a fucking idiot I can't do the simplest of things right. If I try again is this going to be an issue or do I need a new tent now?

In short, yes. Unless you can complety seal it with duct tape, which will be highly unlikely.

Several other concerns regarding this tent ...

1) Did you use water sealant spray on the tent? Even the tiniest of holes can cause CO to escape.

2) Did you seal any potential openings, windows(following the zipper line), the hole newer tents have for power plugs(extension cord), and duct tape handy to seal the zipper around the door once you're inside? Just like number one, the slightest gap/hole can cause CO to escape.

3) Now I'm not going to say this is impossible, but is that a pop-up tent? I can't verify or prove that it's ever or never been used to ctb, but for a pop up, I'm going to have to assume the material used is much thinner and prone to melt with high heat near it, including the roof section.

I've had a pop-up before and they aren't very big, and mine ripped easily. Regular tent fabric is slightly thicker, and is made to be used over and over, as compared to a pop-up. You can usually get a tent at a decent price, and one that's a little bigger to make room for you to lie down comfortably without the grill being right beside you, and the roof a little higher.

No I didn't seal it mate, there was no holes at all for vents or anything just a one piece lining. It has a fly sheet and then a zip on the main door. It's a pop up tent.
