• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I'm wondering if there are any sort of health risks involved with the charcoal method like if the CO levels are not high enough would it cause brain damage? Last thing I would want is to fail and not be able to attempt again…

Yes, if the concentration isn't high enough or the environment isn't properly sealed.

Survivors of severe, acute CO poisoning can develop long-term neurologic sequelae (e.g., impairments in memory, concentration, and speech, as well as depression and parkinsonism).4 These sequelae may arise immediately after CO poisoning or may be delayed (occurring 2–21 days after CO poisoning).4

Okay well that is terrifying…
Considering other methods for now but will have to make sure to do extensive research and testing if I go with the CO method

This is the method I've chosen. It works well, but it still requires thorough testing. Good luck!
