choice after sn?

i was originally planning on going with sn for my method but it seems ridiculously hard to get in the uk & the places where i could find it the shipping seemed to take up to months. i've been suicidal for as long as i can remember and honestly can't handle it anymore so the wait is too much. i was thinking of hanging but i've tried before and was always unsuccessful & the horror stories i've heard about it going wrong have put me off (i'm terrified of being permanently disabled as it my current situation is already bad enough).

but yeah, basically what i'm asking is for those whose plan is/was sn, what's your backup?

ah yeah that one does definitely seem quite humane and peaceful compared to other methods (from what i've seen), i've also considered it but sadly isn't available to me (i'm an agoraphobe and wouldn't be able to get out and get the supplies) hence why hanging is my backup as it's readily available to me
