Method Chloroquine reliability

Both the PPH and Five Last Acts mention it. I was wondering how it compares to SN in terms of reliability. Chris Docker claims that no one has ever survived 8-10 grams of it.

It seems the 2022 PPH rates the reliability for both SN and chloroquine as 8 and peacefulness as 7 and 5, respectively, though I don't understand the rationale.

I suppose one practical advantage SN has is that it can be tested easily, whereas chloroquine cannot without being shipped to someplace willing to do so or having access to the necessary equipment (but this is also a problem with most overdose methods).

Yeah, I don't understand it either.

There is actually quite a lot of data concerning this method, as noted by Docker. So, it seems to me like the primary issue is actually in ensuring the purity of the drug. I've found a source which appears to be reliable, but I'd need to have it sent somewhere just to be sure.
