I have thought of a method which I think might be possible.
I have about 20 sedatives to take in order to induce some relaxation and reduce fear.
A very thick and air proof polythene bag and duct tape to hold in place.
A pad of cotton or fabric with a good amount of chloroform applied. Once the sedatives have taken effect, place the bag over the head, insert cotton pad with it, hold breath and securely fix bag in place. Loss of consciousness takes place within seconds and the air in the bag runs out within minutes. Chloroform and sedatives also suppress breathing.
Obviously, it would be important not to fall asleep before placing bag and inhaling chloroform. Survival instinct would not take place due to being unconscious. I have knocked myself out before with chloroform and it is fast and painless.
