A bit ago, I was asleep in bed and all of a sudden, some pretty severe chest pains overcame me. There were even pains in my left arm. I was hoping I was having a heart attack so it could end things for me. Unfortunately, when I turned over, the pain went away.
I don't want to be dismissive of your experience, but I just wanted to say that I find it hilarous how "unfortunately the pain went away", "I hope you never come back (when somebody is feeling better and leaves)" are things that can be written here in a "positive" way.
