What things should I do prior to CTB. Using N.
When I'm in the hotel room I would put a large 9 by 11 note on the floor or the bed for the hotel staff to call law enforcement. I feel bad for the person who finds me. I will leave a big tip for that person. I have two bottles of. N. I have a sweetener to use before and after. Puke ball in case I vomit some up for me to rethink. I have two goodbye notes that I would mail to my sisters. Thank you for any feedback

I have some oxycodone and Lyrica that I will take at my usual time. My illness is so terrible with constant pain 24/7. I will fast for 8 or more hours beforehand and have a piece of dry toast about an hour before ctb.

I heard lidocaine can be used to numb the mouth so drinking N can be much easier. I would drink it with coating my tongue

I wouldn't mess around with extras aside from maybe a bar of chocolate for afterward. Too much liquid or food could interfere with absorption - that's what I think anyway. I have thought this particular method and plan through countless times (N in a hotel room) and have even had some practice runs. Here are a few tips I might add:

- Make sure you know what the hotel's cleaning policy is. Some require daily cleaning, others are a couple times a week. Although N should be quick in its action, it's best to make sure your time window is totally covered and that would mean no one entering your room for a considerable amount of time after you've taken the N. Find out before you choose your hotel what their cleaning policy is and you can make up an excuse like you have business meetings and don't like interruptions or some other b.s. like this. They might be able to meet your request for infrequent cleanings.
- Try to find out if the room has one of those lock bolts that you can lock from the inside that would keep the door from being opened without your consent. I don't know what the particular name of it is, but all the modern hotels have this latch. Some people might say it's rude/inconsiderate because whoever finds you will have to break the door, but I would argue that it would probably keep an unsuspecting cleaner from finding you too easily/quickly.
- You may want to attach the sign to an object or tape it somewhere because if they swing the door open, that sheet of paper could fly around and then before you know it, someone walks in on something they were not prepared to see.
