Help Chat and messages

If you click or touch on a persons name you will see a miniature profile. At the bottom of that profile is "Start Conversation." It's not as convenient as Chat, but it still helps us stay connected to the ones we care about when it goes down.

I could be wrong and it isn't working either or I'm dumb…

I just thought out of all places this would be important for those of us who already feel lost and out of control…
