Do you think a few charged lemonades could be a viable way to ctb?

I don't know what a charged lemonade is, but if it's legal to buy, it's unlikely that just a few would serve the intended purpose.

It's a Panera Bread drink with a lot of caffeine. The large one has 390 mg and the max recommended daily amount of caffeine is 400 mg. They got sued cuz someone with a heart condition died after drinking one, that's how I found out about it.

According to medical books the lethal dosage of caffeine is 150-200mg of caffeine per kilo of body mass, or like 10g for the average person. You'd have to drink like maybe 25 more or less to die from it, a lot more than just a few. That being said most caffeine overdoses leading to death are cases of suicide so it might work.

I heard Panera had a free refill policy so I might try this haha. Hopefully it takes me out. I originally had wanted to ctb with pure caffeine powder but they banned it in the US…

Yeah, that's not a viable option.

Plus, in a public place like that you are almost guaranteed quick medical care.

Concentrated liquid caffeine is available, I start every day with it, and as far as I'm aware, caffeine powder is still available in the US.

What if I drink a lot of them (like 25+) at home though

I heard that the FDA banned pure caffeine powder though. Maybe caffeine powder is still available, but it doesn't contain as much caffeine as pure caffeine powder. Do you have a link to the concentrated liquid caffeine?

How peaceful would this be? Also, would you vomit since you would need to drink 25 of them like someone else here said. If it doesn't work, rip your bladder.

It's still not a viable option. You are much more likely to end up still alive, than dead.

A google search of concentrated liquid caffeine will bring up multiple sources.

Well I myself am off the wall so…anyways might as well come up with as many ideas as possible. I just like thinking about ctb ideas and ways to ctb. It's just sad that my ideas probably won't work out in reality

My family has a history of heart disease, and I have high cholesterol and high blood pressure. Ugh I wish I had heart disease too. I think it's just a matter of time before I get it

Yeah, definitely possible.
The lethal caffeine dose is between 80 and 100 mg / L. Or 200mg per kilogram.

what about pre-workout powder? i remember hearing in high school about this one kid who had to go to the hospital bc he overdosed on like 4 scoops of it (accidentally, he worked out a lot and ended up having a caffine addiction due to constant intake of pre-workout). it's available in a lot of places.
i must say it isn't pleasant tho. i'm pretty sure overdoses on caffine cause a lot of issues:
"Caffeine intoxication may present with mild symptoms, like headache, fever, nausea, vomiting, tinnitus, tachycardia, anxiety, insomnia, dizziness, or irritability, to more severe symptoms like seizures. Additional investigations may show hyperglycemia, hypokalemia, rhabdomyolysis, renal failure, and hyperlactacidemia."
take it at your own risk, personally i would be okay with dealing with seizers and stuff if i was really desperate and it was guarenteed to work. but it's not 100%. good luck!

I'm a little late to the party, but I have to admit it's nice to see that I'm not the only one who reached this conclusion after reading the news.

While "death by lemonade" might be little more than a pipe dream, I'm curious to see what effect this would have on someone like me: Family history of heart disease, currently on clonazepam / ritalin / tramadol / indomethacin / humira (yeah.. the system is really treating me like a fucking cash pinata), temporarily on ST Disability due to a pretty catastrophic flare of Ankylosing Spondylitis.

Honestly, the only reason I'm still alive is because my family wouldn't get my life insurance if I explicitly offed myself. Enjoying some delicious lemonade doesn't sound like a bad way to accompany an afternoon of dealing with multiple insurance companies, Doctors offices, and my job's HR department (US Healthcare is literally a joke). If I were to go into cardiac arrest while desperately trying to get an MRI of my brain approved (long covid & inflammation from AS), that would be awesome.
