i think i had a realization that my emotions can be dangerous and they want me to die so i got terrified from all emotions.
so i just terrified of anything that happens so i dont want to live so i wont have any of them.

i so on one hand emotions makes me live and kill me at the same time.
i guess it is just turning up my survival instincts every time so maybe i need to friend them in some way instad of being too logical
