Chances of CTB from cutting throat

What are the chances of successfully CTB from slitting your throat?
I know this is something people have done, but I am wondering what the chances of it actually working are. Like, is taking a razor and slashing until I hit my carotid a possible scenario? I am assuming I would pass out before hitting anything.

Few. Your self instinct will prevent you to succeed. And chances to fail are high and even if you manage to succeed it's a very bloody, painful agonizing death you will have

I think it's listed as a non method. From what I've read, it's hard to do in part because it seems more straightforward than it actually is.

Indeed, slitting throat by oneself will almost always be a failure.
