Resource challenging mental hospital bills

does anyone have any experience with challenging mental hospital bills?

i never wanted to be there. i wanted to be left with my own devices and that night, i actually was going home to sleep, but people fucking called it in anyway even though i strictly told them not to. i slipped by saying i was planning on doing it to the cops. i tried to fucking show at the hospital that i was good to go. yet my words slipped some more so they decided to lock me in there. i never wanted their damn services. i was forced to be there and now i have unwanted bills which adds to the fucking depression.
i haven't looked at the mail for it but i expect it's been accumulating since late last year.

this is an absolute shit mental health system.

You have to call billing and try to negioate the prices of the bills down
