I don't think so. CO poisoning is like SN poisoning, it converts hemoglobin to methemoglobin preventing the ability to transport oxygenated blood to tissues.

I have medication but im lacking the sn. Had a seller a long time ago for Germany but no more.

In a word, YES a CO has at least the possibility of brain damage even to the point of chronic vegetative state. There no methods that have no risks. Sorry...
