I'm wrecking my brains trying to figure out a rapid method to CTB.
I live in UK but they have very strict gun laws.
I then remembered a film called no country for old men.
The assassin guy in the film used a captive bolt gun they use in slaughterhouses.
Maybe one of these with a modified rod ( sharper and longer ) attached to a frame and makeshift head device could do the job.
