• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I was abused as a kid and got into the habit of not showing my emotions when I'm hurting as a defensive thing. My mum bullied me but if she didn't get a reaction she would leave me alone like any bully.

I'm suicidal now and tried to hang myself a couple of times which was much harder than I imagined. I'm looking into the SN method right now but I'd really rather not do it but I can't get better if I can't talk about it but I can't talk about it if I don't get better.

Has anyone been in a similar situation and got out of it?

I'm a huge advocate of therapy but it all rests on seeing the right person. I have never been welcome to share my true feelings and emotions with parents as a child. Only all came out once I built a relationship with a good therapist. The right person will help you feel comfy to say everything. May be different in USA where the threat of being reported hangs over your head

Thanks for the replies. I feel like there's no way to deal with it but if I can sort a few things out I can end the pain at least.
