I can't handle all this. I'm so desperate right now but I don't know what to do. I can't do any methods besides ODing but the only pills I have are random prescription meds and paracetamols. It's so hard to even put up a face at school and at home anymore, it's so tiring. My friends are starting to notice more and more. I don't know what to do. I just wanna take any pills and hopefully OD, I know I would probably throw it up or have organ failure but I'm so desperate right now
