I'm sorry you have trouble falling asleep. Ruminating often kills my ability to sleep too. Have you tried sleeping meds before?

I'm often the same, awake late at night thinking about ctb. Ctb is on my mind all the time. I just wish that it's easier to actually leave so that I wouldn't have to think about methods anymore. Of course to fall asleep and never wake up would be the best thing possible.

Yes it is. I have taken meds, but they don't help. I have a past with drugs that makes it no easier
